Project Overview:

Maximising a Sloped Bedroom Space with Custom Fitted Furniture

Our customer invited us to design a bespoke fitted unit for an awkwardly sloped area in their bedroom. The brief was to make the most of the available space while incorporating a mirror and a small tabletop area for everyday items.

On the left, we installed open shelving for easy access, followed by a combination of three deep drawers and two smaller drawers above — perfect for organising clothing and accessories. To make use of the sloped section above, we crafted a custom triangular door styled to match the drawer fronts, blending seamlessly into the design.

To the right, we created a cupboard with a built-in hanging rail, ideal for shirts and shorter garments. The final section on the far right is a tall, floor-to-ceiling wardrobe with four evenly spaced internal shelves for folded items, shoes, or storage boxes.

The entire unit was professionally sprayed in Farrow & Ball’s “New White”, offering a soft, classic finish that complements any bedroom interior.
