Welcome to Black Lodge Furniture (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website https://blacklodgefurniture.uk and any purchases you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
-
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
-
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted — a contract is formed once we dispatch the goods.
2. Products
-
We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but small variations may occur (especially with bespoke items).
-
Measurements are approximate. Please ensure you check space requirements before ordering.
3. Pricing & Payment
-
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
-
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure checkout (Stripe, PayPal, or other methods provided).
4. Delivery
-
Free delivery is available within 3 miles of our workshop.
-
Other delivery charges are based on distance, displayed at checkout.
-
Delivery dates are estimates; we cannot accept liability for delays beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
-
Standard, stock items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
-
Bespoke/custom furniture is non-refundable unless faulty.
-
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
6. Accounts & Security
-
Customers may create an account to track orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
-
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse is suspected.
7. Intellectual Property
-
All content on this website (text, images, logos) is our property unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or distribute without our permission.
8. Liability
-
We are not liable for indirect losses (loss of profits, business, goodwill).
-
Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
9. Governing Law
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
-
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
